Mega Bloks announces its new Autumn/Winter product line up, featuring lights and musical elements

Mega Bloks, the world’s number one pre-school construction brand, is introducing new friendly products with features such as lights, music and sound elements, as well as launching one of its biggest play sets to date, this Autumn/Winter.

With Mega Bloks First Builders Billy Beats dancing piano, children aged 1+ can use the eight, coloured, light-up keys as they combine building and music with dancing and playing. With three different modes of musical play, including eight different pre-programmed songs, pre-schoolers can learn how to play music, create their own songs, and play the themed sounds, which include Piano, Animal and DJ/Party effects. Also in the set, eight First Builders blocks can also be stored away under the Billy Beats hat.

Brand new vehicles for A/W include Mega Bloks First Builders Firetruck Finn, featuring a steering wheel for easier turns, a ladder that raises, swivels and pivots, Block Buddies Fireman, and 13 First Builders blocks which fit inside to help rebuild bridges, tall towers, and buildings.

Ricky Race Car and Catie Convertible are the newest convertible vehicles to be added to the Mega Bloks Lil’ Vehicles range. Each features a driver and five building blocks. Compact and easily handled, the A/W additions are completely compatible with the rest of the Lil’ Vehicles range.

A new series of brightly coloured Block Buddies include three different themes, each with a pack of three characters. The ‘Block Buddies’ pack is available with a boy, girl and puppy, Rescue Squad with a policeman, fireman and dalmatian, and Hero Team with a knight, dragon and horse.

Taking the building experience to a higher level, the Mega Bloks First Builders Giant Play Table now offers an even bigger building platform, with 40 blocks, plus storage shelves which are incorporated into the set. The primary colours appeal to both boys and girls, and encourage construction fun for children aged 1+.
