This box set, which is available at comic and specialty shops, contains two zombies and four plants.

The figures are based, not on the garden defense games, but on EA’s Garden Warfare. There they take some of the designs and settings from the Plants vs Zombies series and drop them into an over the top multi-player shooter.

New Minimates forthcoming-Deadly Foes of Spider-Man Marvel Minimates Box Set - LTS Exclusive! Available in mid of September 2014

This set includes Carnage, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, and Lizard. It features several newly sculpted pieces, including towering arms for Doc Ock, a classic Lizard head, and new symbiotic parts for Carnage – his first Minimate release in over 10 years! It also comes packed with a tray full of swappable accessories, including an unmasked Carnage head and hair, parts to make Lizard into Curt Connors, and non-powered parts for Sandman. This set is limited to 3,000 pieces and is expected to arrive in September 2014.

Tomb Raider Minimates New Arrival

Art Asylum has posted official packaging images of the Tomb Raider Minimates. The Comic Shop Assortment is beginning to hit stores. The Toys “R” Us Assortment will be available near the end of September. Here’s the sets that will be available:

Diamond Select Toys has released some in-package shots of upcoming Star Trek Legacy Minimates. These photos show the upcoming Toys “R” Us figures. New Minimates item arrival-Hulk Through The Ages Minimates In Package -

Art Asylum has posted a pic of the upcoming Hulk: Through The Ages Minimates Box Set. The new pics give us a look at the final packaging.


Fans love the Marvel Minimates “Through the Ages” box sets because they offer a chance to collect some of the coolest alternate looks for the character featured in each set. But in Diamond Select’s next box set, Hulk Through the Ages, you can collect four of the Hulk’s coolest alternate personalities! 

From Las Vegas enforcer Joe Fixit to futuristic despot The Maestro, from the peace-seeking Barbarian Hulk to the rage-filled Composite Hulk, the four Minimates in this set represent the Hulk at his best and worst, and thanks to the Hulk’s unique psychiatric problems, each could be called a different character, and not just a costume change. (Although the Maestro does come with an interchangeable cape and helmet, while Joe Fixit has a interchangeable shirt and hair.)

Peter Pan Minimates Released To Disney Stores

Art Asylum has reported that the Disney Store Exclusive Peter Pan Minimates are now available. These sets are to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Disney’s beloved animated film.

With the recent release of Peter Pan on Blu-ray, fans of all ages have had the chance to experience the classic animated film for the first time. And now they can act out the adventures they saw in the film using Minimates mini-figures! Two box sets and one vehicle featuring 2-inch Minimates of the famous Peter Pan characters have hit the Disney Store, and they are packed with playability!
The first set includes Cubby, Tootles, Nibs and Peter Pan, who comes with a removable dagger, a flight base, and a tiny hovering Tinkerbell. The second set has Captain Hook (with a removable sword and scabbard), John Darling (with his trademark umbrella), Michael Darling and a 2-inch Tinkerbell figure with her own flight base. And like all Minimates, the parts of each figure are fully interchangeable, so you can combine the figures in endless ways! Plus, the Jolly Roger pirate ship features adjustable masts, opening doors and extending planks, as well as two exclusive figures of Wendy and Smee!

Iron Man 3 Minimates

Diamond Select Toys & Marvel.com have revealed the remaining 3 figures from their Iron Man 3 Minimates series. These figures include:

• Iron Man Mark 17 – Artillery Level RT Suit (“Heartbreaker” Armor)
• Iron Man Mark 33 – Enhanced Energy Suit (“Silver Centurion” Armor)
• Iron Man Mark 41 – Skeleton Suit (“Bones” Armor)

These 3 figures are scheduled to arrive later this month and will be exclusive to Toys R Us. More info on availability:
The Silver Centurion Armor and Bones Armor will come in one two-pack, while the Heartbreak Armor will come with a figure of a partially armored Tony Stark. All four figures will be exclusively available at Toys “R” Us.

Toys “R” Us will share two additional two-packs — Iron Man Mark 42 with the Mandarin and Iron Patriot with the Extremis Soldier — with the specialty market, while War Machine with Maya Hansen and Aldrich Killian with Cowboy Disguise Tony Stark will only be available in comic shops and specialty stores.
Minimates are two-inch mini-figures, each with various interchangeable parts and accessories. The Iron Man 3 assortments will be out in late April.
